Sand Fox: Same as Sand Lynx, but folds down to 18" tall for transport. Requires 2 minutes to set up. The longer/ heavier Sand Lynx XL is now available by special order with this fold- down feature.

ASSEMBLY AND MAINTENANCE

The assembly of your Sand Lynx is very simple and it will go together quite quickly. You will need a 9/16" wrench and a 1/2" wrench to assemble it. The nuts are heavy hex and need a 9/16" wrench and the bolt heads need the 1/2". Each part to be assembled has a numbered sticker and matching numbered stickers are also located on the cart where it is to be fastened. You just match the numbers this way: #1 to #1, #2 to #2 and so on. At first just bolt it together by hand, then go back over the cart and snug the bolts with the wrenches, being careful not to tighten the bolts too tightly on the wooden parts so you don't break the wood. Tighten the metal to metal parts good and tight.

Periodically go over your cart checking for loose bolts and lube the steering column, hanging brackets, rod ends and king pin bolts on your steering and the brake hanging brackets.

This will ensure years of good service from your Sand Lynx.
